Fibroid Relief Formula (Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans)

Mix a 1/4 to 1/2 of a teaspoon (0.75g-1.5g) of this mixture into half a cup of hot water and raw honey to taste.

Leave to diffuse for 5-10 minutes.  Consume the liquid entirely and any remaining powder left in the cup.

Drink regularly 2-3 times a day before a meal.

Alternatively, take half an hour after meals if you have a sensitive stomach.  The mixture can also be added to a smoothie or stirred into porridge, cereal or yogurt.
