RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from YouPhorBee Naturals. However, on the rare occasion you feel it necessary to return an item please email us ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­at info@youphorbeenaturals.co.uk to advise us of the reason for your return/exchange. Please be sure to state your order number when you email.

We are happy to offer a full refund on items returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order (minus postal charges).  Please see the details of our returns policy below.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and unused, in their original, saleable condition to be eligible for a refund. If items have been opened and contents have been suspected faulty, you must please contact us within 3 days after receipt of your order to inform us.

ASSESSMENT OF ITEMS & REFUND:

Upon receipt of your item we will assess it and let you know that we have received it. Assuming the item(s) are in good condition we will then process your refund. Refunds are credited to the account that you made your original payment with.  there may be a couple of day delay in being credited.

Refunds will be for the amount paid by you, minus postage for the returned item(s).

Unless you’re returning a product because of an error on our part or it the item is damaged, you will be responsible for paying your own postage costs for any returns. 

We reserve the right to monitor customer cancellations or returns and each return is evaluated on an individual basis. If a customer is frequently found to be buying and returning goods, we reserve the right to refuse returns or charge administration fees.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive any broken or damaged products in your order, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt of your purchase. Please examine your order thoroughly when received. If any item is found to be damaged or faulty contact our customer service team ASAP via our contact us page on our website.

We will organise for a replacement to be delivered to you free of charge. You may be asked to return the damaged or wrong item in its original packaging if possible or we may request photographic evidence.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order online at any point up to the completion of the payment stage at checkout. After this point, your order may be dispatched at any time.  If the order has already been processed and dispatched you will need to return the order to us in which case postage costs will not be refunded. Please refer to our returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Where an exchange has been requested due to an order processing error, a replacement item will be shipped out.

We do not refund the cost of shipping or handling where it is the customers own choice for refund or exchange.
