UK DELIVERY

We offer free delivery on all orders within the UK, over £40.00.

If your order falls below £40.00 or you would like next day delivery, the charges are as follows:

£3.49 - UK Standard Delivery 2nd Class (3 days delivery aim)

£5.59 - UK Standard Delivery 1st Class (1 day delivery aim)

£11.49 -  UK Guaranteed by 1pm next day (Mon-Fri)

EUROPE DELIVERY

£17.99 - European Delivery (Please allow up to 14 days for delivery)

 

Unfortunately we do not ship to the US or Canada at present.

 

OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

Please contact us directly if your country does not appear on our shipping list and we will endeavour to provide you with the price of shipping for your specific order.  Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

Occasionally items being sent overseas may be held in the country of delivery's customs department. It can delay receiving your order by 2 weeks, of which we have no control over. Any fees/duties charged by the customs department of other countries are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note, failure to pay custom fees will result in a returns charge, which will be deducted from your refunded amount.

I'VE ENTERED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS, WHAT SHALL I DO?

If you realise you have made a mistake on your delivery information, please inform us as soon as possible by email at info@youphorbeenaturals.co.uk.  There is no guarantee however that we'll be able to change the delivery address if your purchase has already been sent.  In this case, where your parcel has been sent to an incorrect address and it is returned to us, we will require the correct address and payment of a further delivery charge by you, the customer to re-send the parcel again.
