I am Dr. Youssef El Aziz, a licensed Medical Herbalist and member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists UK (NIMH), who offers a personalised service designed to help you reach your health goals naturally.

What Happens During a Consultation?

During our first consultation, we'll spend between 45 - 60 minutes together, via Zoom or Google Meet, ensuring convenient and safe access to expert advice from the comfort of your home. I'll take the time to thoroughly discuss your symptoms, medical history, current diet, and any medications you're taking.

After the consultation, I will research and develop a personalised treatment plan, which includes a tailored herbal prescription, dietary and lifestyle recommendations, and any additional tests that I recommend.

Normally, three to four shorter follow-up consultations are required to monitor your progress. After that, follow-up appointments every one to six months are recommended, depending on your condition.

For acute conditions, the benefits of herbal medicine can often be felt quite quickly. However, chronic or long-standing conditions may require more time, care, and ongoing attention.

Initial consultation + scientific research + treatment plan £85 (45 - 60 minutes)

Follow up consultations £65 (30 minutes)
