DIRECTIONS: 1) first pour 300ml of cold water, skimmed milk (0.1% fat) or your choice of plant-based drink into your shaker. 2) Weigh and add 52g of Weight Loss Magic meal replacement formula and shake well before consuming or mix in an electric blender if preferred.
